5 THINGS TO KNOW LEADING UP TO SANFORD FUTURES GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
We are six days away from the Sanford Futures Golf Championship!
The staff at Grand Falls and our team have done a fantastic job with getting the courses and venue prepared for the Championship. The weather forecast looks favorable for the two-day event, and we can’t wait to see the best golfers in the region compete!

TEE TIMES/PAIRINGS
Tee times/pairings will be sent out via text/email to all registered golfers. The website will also post Thursday, July 28th by 3:00 pm.

NO REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN AREA: ARRIVE AT THE 1ST/10TH TEE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TEE TIME
Upon arrival at the Grand Falls Resort and Casino park in the far Northeast corner parking lot to have the shortest walk to the practice facility. Staff will direct you towards the practice facilities. Range balls will be provided at no cost.
You will find our staff around the clubhouse, putting green and driving range helping direct players and answering any questions you may have regarding the tournament.
Tournament gifts will be handed out at the scoring table AFTER the completion of your first round (2nd round for College-Men)
Please arrive at your starting hole at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Valuable information regarding the tournament and the golf course will be covered during this time.

SCORING PROCESS/LIVE SCORING
It is the competitor’s responsibility to check his/her card after the completion of each round before signing it. Each card must be signed by the player and scorer AFTER checking scores at Scorer’s Table. Each competitor should wait at the Scorer’s Table until his/her card has been checked and each competitor is dismissed by the Tournament staff.

PLAYER/PARENT INFORMATION
CADDIES AND CARTS — No player may ride in a powered golf cart during his/her competitive rounds. All players must walk and carry their own bag or use a push cart.
SPECTATORS—Spectators should remain on the cart paths or in the rough at least 15 yards from the players. There may be no communication between players and spectators that could be deemed advice of any nature for the duration of the round. Spectators WILL be allowed to access golf carts for a fee. Please inquire with the golf shop for rental fees.
NO BOTTLED WATER PROVIDED BY TOURNAMENT STAFF- Please bring your own water bottle. Water stations will be placed in four different locations during your round(s).
